What began as a cheeky sip turned into a gulp and the can was quickly devoured.

Enjoying the Victorian Bitter brew possibly a little too much, the camel manages to spill the majority of the can on the ground.

But the Sunday sip continued to be savoured with the remainder of the beers contents happily licked from the side of the humped animal’s mouth.

However, online users believed the mammal deserved his hard earned thirst, with one calling him ‘a fair dinkum Aussie’.

Another acknowledged how the camel often acted as an unofficial mascot for the tiny town of Cobar, which is situated 700km north-west of Sydney.

It remains unknown where exactly the camel resides, or how often he indulges in his weekend habit.
