An incredibly vibrant gourmet creation known as the ‘unicorn burger’ is taking Australian social media by storm.

Taking its cue from the wider unicorn food trend, the classic burger has been given some added pizzazz with the help of colourful, rainbow hued food dye.

Oozing with delectable ingredients like fairy floss, popping candy, sticky sweet popcorn and caramel sauce, the quirky concoction is set to be launched by Sugar Wheels at Park Feast food festival on September 8th.

The event will be held at Bella Vista Farm in New South Wales, a 45 minute drive from Sydney’s CBD in the sunny Hills district.

The burger is sure to sate the sugary cravings of sweet toothed Sydneysiders.

‘This is a diet breaker!’ one salivating Facebook user said.

‘We have to try this,’ another wrote.

Sugar Wheels are also slated to relaunch a collection of their 'old favourites', including deep fried Oreo's drizzled with Nutella and the 'Gaytime' burger soaked in caramel sauce (pictured)
