Police were called to reports of a fight at 11.15pm, and arrested four people for affray.
It is unclear if the fight happened before or after the car drove into the group.
The incident is not terrorism-related, with a crime scene established and enquiries continuing.
It is the latest incident in a spate of violence in London, which has seen 76 murders so far this year.
Last week, a teenage boy was killed and two others injured after a running brawl on Purley high street in south London.
Diners at a Pizza Express were evacuated from the back door after the fight erupted outside.
