Investigators say the Nissan Altima was speeding when it came around a turn and went off the road, slamming into multiple trees.

New Hampshire State Police Lieutenant John Hennessey said in a statement: ‘Excessive speed appears to be a contributing factor however all aspects of this crash remain under investigation.’

‘Investigators at this time believe the crash occurred possibly as early as 6.30pm but remained unreported as the vehicle was hidden from view of passing traffic due to the dense vegetation surrounding it.

‘A passerby walking along the roadway first reported this crash at approximately 11.00am.’

Anyone with information is urged to contact Trooper Kevin Dobson of the New Hampshire State Police at 603-679-3333.
