While feeding a large family is usually expensive the mum revealed that shopping at Aldi did wonders for her grocery bill – and her family’s delicious cravings.

She uses several of Aldi’s cheap staple ingredients – such as the black beans, corn, and its taco kit.

Her secret to ensuring she stayed within her budget was to split up ingredients and use them in multiple meals.

For example, the mum uses the same pack of chicken breasts to make the Mexican chicken bowls one night, and Greek chicken bowls another night

In addition she also added a brown rice and quinoa mix to the Greek chicken dish to bulk it up.

The mum uses Mexican seasoning from the Aldi taco kit for the chicken bowls, and uses the rest for her fish tacos the next night.
