Tiffiny Hall indulges in a pampering session at a day spa

She’s been doting on her baby son Arnold since giving birth last September.

But on Sunday, Tiffiny Hall appeared to leave her newborn at home with husband Ed Kavalee in order to spend some time relaxing at a day spa.

The 33-year-old took to Instagram to share a selfie from the venue, as she spruiked the benefits of self-care.

Me time! New mum Tiffiny Hall left her baby son Arnold at home on Sunday, as she indugled in an afternoon of pampering at a day spa

The mirror shot showed Tiffiny clad in a fluffy white robe, sporting a beaming smile as she posed in a relaxing room lit only by the glow of a lamp.

‘My #selfcaresunday consisted of a very unusual ‘me moment’ trip to a spa, the occasional indulgent pampers are needed from time to time’, the former Biggest Loser trainer mused in the caption.

She then posed a question to her 119,000 followers asking: ‘What did you do this week to take care of yourself?’

Since giving birth to her first child last September has won widespread praise for her laid-back approach to weight loss.

Not concerned with snapping back to her post-baby body, the star recently told news.com.au: ‘I don’t regret a single kilo or sausage roll and I know when the time comes to get fit and be back in shape, I’ll be able to do it’.

‘I may never get back to my size six hips and my washboard abs, but I’m comfortable with that,’ she added.

However, the media personality has already lost 21 kilograms in the four months since giving birth, despite her relaxed approach to weigh loss.

The beauty has eased back into gentle exercise, working out at home for 20 minutes each day and taking baby Arnold for walks in his pram.
