Tiffiny Hall has been applauded for ‘keeping it real’ after she showed off her post-baby body in a gym selfie on Wednesday, three months after giving birth to daughter Vada.

The former Biggest Loser trainer, 38, wore black leggings, a grey sports bra and white sneakers for the workout.

She had drawn a black circle around her belly button on her bare stomach.

She wrote in the caption ‘Progress, not perfection’.

Tiffiny was immediately praised by her followers.

‘Tiff, thanks for being an awesome human and keeping it real for all of us ladies!’ one commented. ‘You are amazing! Your body is amazing at every stage.’

Another wrote: ‘Who and what defines perfection? You look amazing. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I’m sure Ed thinks you’re the bees knees!’

‘It is so fabulous to see someone in the spotlight taking things slowly after having a baby,’ another added. ‘Such an inspiration to mums out there.’

It comes after the fitness guru broke down in June as she struggled to accept her new body.

‘It’s not easy. I stand in front of my mirror, looking at my new body with my big bump, Vada’s house, and it’s really hard to accept that it’s going to take time,’ she said on her Instagram Stories as she swatted away tears.

She admitted she was feeling ‘super emotional’ and accepts that ‘healing takes time’.

‘It depends what birth you had too. I’ve got a few stitches and stuff going on and it’s all a bit painful. But she’s absolutely beautiful. She’s worth it,’ she added.

Appearing on 2DayFM’s The Morning Crew with Hughesy, Ed and Erin in June, Tiffany said that people are still asking when she’s due as she hasn’t lost the baby weight.

She admitted she’s ‘absolutely felt the pressure’ to drop the kilos with her body having been ‘a billboard for so long’.

‘People are still asking me when I’m due and I’m like, “I’m not pregnant anymore, I’ve had the baby”,’ she said.

‘It’s not the easiest time being in a postpartum body. It’s not easy,’ Tiffiny confessed.
