Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s daughter Gracie, 26, gets candid about taking Ozempic for PCOS

Gracie McGraw responded to an accusatory comment left underneath one of her Instagram posts from last week as she addressed taking celeb-favorite weight-loss drug Ozempic to treat a medical condition.

In the black-and-white photos, the 26-year-old showed off her incredible figure in a white ruched underwire bikini top with V-cut, check-patterned bottoms while seemingly sunbathing on a rooftop.

Alongside the bikini-clad snaps, the eldest daughter of country stars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill — who dazzled in a vintage designer outfit from her mother’s wardrobe at the On Our Way premiere last month — had written cheekily: ‘It’s a gorgeous day for narcissism!’

Playing along with her caption and concerning her weight loss, a social media user commented: ‘And Ozempic!’

In response, Gracie gracefully clapped back and shared a personal update that she switched from taking the aforementioned diabetes drug to another to treat her symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome.

According to the Mayo Clinic, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal disorder that can cause the following symptoms: irregular periods, elevated levels of male hormones, and/or polycystic ovaries.

The Tennessee native revealed that to treat the condition, she is now taking a low dosage of type 2 diabetes drug Mounjaro — which is also known to effectively reduce appetite.

‘I did use Ozempic last year, yes,’ Gracie revealed. ‘I am now on a low dose of Mounjaro for my PCOS as well as working out.’

After sharing that her weight loss was due to a combination of taking the drug to treat PCOS as well as also making a lifestyle change and working out more, she dismissed the online detractor: ‘No need to accuse when I have been open about it’.

Last year, Gracie revealed her diagnosis after many years of struggling with her health and weight loss.

‘I just wanted to share really quick that I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome),’ she wrote in an Instagram post dated in March 2022.

‘To get the correct diagnosis, you would need 2 out of the 5 characteristics of PCOS and I had 4,’ she continued.

‘During my appointment with my endocrinologist, I realized that may have been a factor in my issues with weight,’ she explained. ‘So we decided to try a medicine to regulate my body more normally and create the tools to continue to keep my body and myself healthy as I get older.’
