Tina Arena buys $5.7million mansion in affluent Toorak

She moved back to Australia in 2015 after living in France for more than two decades, reestablishing a music career in Paris.

And after living in Sydney for a few years, singer-songwriter Tina Arena is settling down in her home state of Victoria.

The 50-year-old has purchased a $5.7million mansion in the affluent suburb of Toorak, a short distance from Melbourne, The Australian reported on Saturday.

The new home for herself, her partner artist Vincent Mancini and their son 12-year-old son Gabriel, is an upgrade from their double-storey Fitzroy terrace which was bought in a private sale for $1.795 million. 

On the first floor, the property features a sitting room on one side and a formal dining room on the other.

Continuing down the hall, the space then leads to an open-plan family room fit for entertainment and movie nights.

Earlier this year, it was announced that Tina will star in the 2018 stage production of the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical Evita, at the Sydney Opera House.

Taking on the role of the First Lady of Argentina wife of Argentine President Juan Perón, Tina said she was looking forward to the challenge of the role.

‘It’s an incredibly demanding job. It’s a really challenging sing. I am going to have to be incredibly disciplined,’ she told The Sydney Morning Herald in August.
