Tinder lets users see who likes them (for $4.99 a month)

Popular dating app Tinder will now allow users to see who has liked their profile – for a price

The ‘Likes You’ feature, which will be offered to select iOS users worldwide today as part of Tinder’s Gold product, shows users a grid of people who have already swiped right on their profile.

Tinder Gold, which costs $4.99 per month, also lets members access other features like rewind (where you can undo a swipe), unlimited likes and five super likes a day.

Tinder Gold members opening up the app will have the option to jump to a section that shows them a grid of everyone who has already swiped right on their profile

Tinder Gold began testing in Canada, Argentina, Mexico and Australia in June, and is now being rolled out worldwide to iOS users, with an Android release set for next month.

Gold members opening up the app will have the option to jump to a section that shows them a grid of everyone who has already swiped right on their profile.

TINDER GOLD

Tinder Gold, which costs $4.99 per month, has a  allow members to open the app and have the option to jump to a section that shows them a grid of everyone who has already swiped right on their profile.

Tinder Gold will also offer other features, including:

  • Passport: Lets you search outside of your geographic region.
  • Rewind: Allows you to undo a swipe.
  • Unlimited Likes: Allows users to swipe right (like) as much as they want. Normal users who swipe too much in a 12-hour period can run out of likes.
  • Five Super Likes per day: Blue start icon that lets someone know that they stand out from everyone else.  All Tinder users get one to use per day.
  • One Boost per month: Sends your profile near the top of potential matches’ swiping queue for half an hour.

They will then be able to search through the list and swipe right on people they like, at which point they will instantly match.

And if you’re going through swiping through profiles instead of using the grid, a gold heart on a person’s profile indicates that they’ve already liked you.

Unlike Gold members, Tinder users on the free tier have to swipe through a list of profiles without knowing which potential matches have liked them.

‘Think of it as your personal Swipe Right concierge – available 24/7 – bringing all of your pending matches to you,’ Tinder wrote in a blog post in June.

‘Now you can sit back, enjoy a fine cocktail, and browse through profiles at your leisure.

Tinder Gold includes several other features, including Passport (which lets you search outside of your geographic region), Rewind (which allows you to undo a swipe), Unlimited Likes, five Super Likes per day, one Boost per month (which sends your profile near the top of potential matches’ swiping queue for half an hour), and more profile controls.

Tinder already has another paid subscriber option called Tinder Plus, which also allows users to undo a swipe and swipe in different locations around the world,

Tinder Plus costs more than Tinder Gold, but it is not yet clear if Tinder Gold will replace Tinder Plus.
