Go back to basics

You can use a notebook instead of the note app on your phone. Ditch the e-book in exchange for an actual book. You will feel that you can still survive even without your smartphone.

Track your phone use

It would help if you were mindful about your use of the phone. Make sure that you don’t spend too much time using it. When you feel like you already spent a lot for the day, you have to drop it.
