Today’s Georgie Gardner, 48, has finally offloaded her two-bedroom apartment in Sydney’s Woollahra after failing to find a buyer at auction in March. 

While Georgie and her investment banker husband Tim Baker initially hoped to fetch $9M, the Edgecliff Road property was sold for just $862,500,  The Sunday Telegraph reports.  

The Eastern Suburbs home was the first property Georgie purchased, with the blonde snapping it up for  just $346,000 back in 1998.

Meanwhile, the couple recently offloaded another part of their property portfolio- their South Coast weekender in the idyllic getaway of Culburra Beach.  

The house was on the market for six weeks before it was snapped up at auction for $800K. 

Georgie and Tim purchased the three-bedroom retreat for $570K in 2007.

The sales mark a new era for Georgie, who took the helm at Nine’s Today show last year following the departure of Lisa Wilkinson.   

Indeed, Georgie upgraded her living quarters not long after snagging the coveted breakfast TV spot, splashing out a hefty $6M for her Mosman mansion in October last year.  

Only minutes from the heart of Mosman Village, the lavish property boasts generous entertaining areas and four bathrooms.

It also features an open plan kitchen which connects to the living and dining space featuring vaulted ceilings and a fireplace, as well as a breathtaking 12.5 metre saltwater pool surrounding by an entertaining deck.  

Before making the move to Mosman, Georgie and Tim had sold their Artarmon property in Sydney for $4.2million.  

The couple share two children, daughter Bronte, 12, and son Angus, 10.
