The little girl was hit by a car driven by a man in his 30s at a caravan park about 3.40pm.

Moments later, a 28-year-old woman was celebrating on a boat when she fell into the lake and was then struck by the same boat.

She was carried by onlookers to a nearby boat ramp, where members of the public performed CPR.

Paramedics tried to save her, but she died at the scene.

The man driving the boat is believed to be in his late 20s and was taken to hospital for blood and urine tests.

Another man who was in the boat wasn’t injured.

Both incidents are being investigated and reports are being prepared for the coroner.
