They also own a pad in New York City on the 12th floor of the lavish Tribeca high-rise on 70 Vestry Street.

However the New York Post reported last week that the couple are said to be house hunting in both Greenwich, Connecticut, and in Alpine, New Jersey.

It’s interesting that the couple have listed their Massachusetts home given Brady’s recent signing of his $70million ‘extension’ with the New England Patriots.

Brady, who turned 42 on Saturday, signed a two-year, $70million extension that runs through 2021 and includes an $8 million pay raise for the 2019 season.

With the raise, Brady will now make $23 million for the 2019 season, making him the seventh-highest paid quarterback in the NFL.

However, the final two years are likely to be voided for salary cap purposes, according to ESPN, which means Brady could become a free agent for the first time next spring. (As a way of navigating the NFL’s restrictive salary cap, teams often re-sign or extend players with the expectation that the contract will be re-worked before it expires).
