Tom Fletcher suffered two blunders during his Halloween Strictly Come Dancing performance with Amy Dowden at the weekend, one of which he insists is her fault.

The McFly star, 36, cut a dapper figure in a sky blue suit as he arrived at the Strictly: It Takes Two studios on London on Thursday night with professional dancer Amy, 31, who dressed all in black.

Musician Tom performed the Tango to Highway To Hell by AC/DC dressed as a devil on the BBC ballroom dance contest on Saturday but he experienced two slip-ups.

Tom, who was scored a total of 29.5, said his microphone fell out of his costume while Amy slipped on her skirt.

He said on It Takes Two: ‘It didn’t go my way I know I could have danced it better.

‘You can’t let those things distract you, we still gave it everything we had.’
