Tottenham academy players have postponed their summer holidays to help the first team prepare for the Champions League final.

The youngsters would usually be on their summer holidays, but a number of young players have delayed their end-of-season breaks.

Mauricio Pochettino has put his senior squad on tailored training plans which include days when players spend time in the gym.
