A goat caused chaos for motorists after it broke out onto the motorway and ran between cars.
Police closed the M62 in both directions for 90 minutes last night as drivers were brought to a standstill.
The animal was spotted on the road near Lofthouse in West Yorkshire, where people led a frantic dash to try and catch it at about 8.30pm.

Footage taken at the scene showed the goat racing along the side of the road and cutting between vehicles.
Radio host Ben Fry shared a clip from the motorway, tweeting: ‘Just had to call the wife… “I’m going to be late, a goat’s closed the M62”.’
Arelis Rodriguez tweeted: ‘Stuck in M62, a goat just ran through the road.’ Titter user @Fazzaship said: ‘Currently sat with the engine off on the M62 because a goat is on the motorway.’
Traffic officers caught the goat at about 9pm, but traffic remained slow moving after the incident.
A spokesperson for Highways England said last night: ‘Update #M62 #Goat – #Trafficofficers and @WYP_RPU have successfully captured the goat all traffic released.
