Two men are filmed roughing up teen and throwing him off a train ‘for blasting loud music’

Two men have been filmed grappling with a teen and throwing him off a San Francisco Muni Metro train after he refused to stop blasting his music.

The footage, which has already been viewed almost 300,000 times on Twitter, opens with one of the men holding the struggling teen in a headlock.

A woman observing the struggle, shouted: ‘He’s a kid!’

To which the man, who has not yet been identified, holding the teen replied: ‘Tell him to stop!’ referring to the teen.

‘He was playing music. I’m fine stopping. Tell him to stop.’

A second clip showed the first man, who has been joined by another male passenger, aggressively trying to shove the teen off the train at a stop.

‘Get the f**k out of here!’ the first man shouted, as he tried to push the teen out the door.

The victim fights back against the attacker, yelling: ‘Stop, what the f**k, bro?’

The teen grabs onto the handrail to stop himself being pushed out, but another man joins the first attacker to force him out. At one point, the train doors close just as they try to heave the teen out, and end up slamming him into the closed doors.

The clip ends with the two men still struggling to push the young adult off the train.

It was not immediately clear when the incident took place.

On Twitter, many condemned the two men for attacking the teen, branding the attack ‘disturbing’ and asking the police to investigate. Some also criticized the attackers as racist, because they were white and the teen does not appear to be.

But others have also criticized the teen for being ‘inconsiderate’ and ‘disrespectful’ by blasting his music on a busy train.

San Francisco police or Muni officials were not immediately available for the San Francisco Chronicle.

Anna Sterling, an independent journalist who first posted the videos after she says a witness at the scene shared them with her write: ‘Whoa these two men just tried to throw this kid off the muni train because he was playing music too loudly.

‘He easily could’ve hit oncoming traffic. This is not okay.’
