Two men were arrested at a McDonald’s drive-thru after pulling a gun on an employee because their burgers were cold.
The incident happened at McDonald’s on Belle Terre Parkway in Palm Coast, Florida on Monday.
Jawan Davis and Jordon Dunn, both 20, pulled out a gun at the window of a Palm Coast McDonald’s drive-thru after complaining that five burgers they ordered were cold.

Officials said the men told an employee at the window to remake their food after their exchange. The employee claimed that both men pulled out weapons ‘in a threatening manner.’
According to a report, they said they ‘do not play’ when it comes to food while holding up the gun, FOX35 reported.
Officials said the employee told the men he would remake the food and went to the back of the restaurant to call 911.

Deputies said when they arrived, both men were still at the drive-thru window.
Flagler deputies arrested both men and found a stolen handgun as well as a BB gun in their possession.
Authorities said Davis told them the pair were only joking when they waved the gun around, but said they were not happy that their food was cold.
‘This is a story that could have had a very different outcome,’ Sheriff Rick Staly said.

‘This employee kept his cool and did the right thing by calling us. Thanks to his actions and the quick response from our deputies, no one was injured.’
The serial number on the handgun also showed it was stolen in St. John’s County, according to WKMG-TV.
Staly claimed that people need to be careful when handling weapons. He added: ‘Guns can go off. I mean lots of things can happen. You don’t play with guns.’
A small amount of marijuana was also found inside the passenger’s side door, deputies said.

‘These were just two punks trying to see what they could do to get in trouble and they finally did,’ Staly said.
Davis and Dunn were arrested and booked into the Flagler County. Davis is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and grand theft of a firearm.
Dunn is charged with marijuana possession and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
‘They’re going to eat jail food instead. They can always make a complaint but it probably won’t get any warmer.’
