Tziporah Malkah is proud of her scars after undergoing a tummy tuck procedure earlier this year.
The 46-year-old revealed a long surgical scar across her bikini line while posing for a beach photo shoot in Sydney on Tuesday.
The model, formerly known as Kate Fischer, drew attention to the marking by seductively pulling down her bikini bottoms.

Tziporah – who tipped the scales at 120kg just two years ago – revealed in May that she’d lost an impressive 50kg thanks to liposuction and hypnotherapy.
And during her photo shoot, she proved she’s still got sex appeal almost 20 years after disappearing from the spotlight in the late ’90s.
She pranced around the empty beach while striking a variety of provocative poses.

In November, Tziporah revealed she had been attracting ‘much more attention’ than usual since her dramatic weight loss.
She told The Daily Telegraph: ‘I’m getting hit on by everyone and I flirt with everyone too, so it’s great I’m getting so much more attention from males and females.
‘You know what? I’ve been thinner, younger and better looking before and absolutely miserable… I feel sexier now.’

Tziporah, who was engaged to James Packer in the late ’90s, announced earlier this year she had lost 50kg thanks to healthy eating, surgery and hypnotherapy.
‘[The] mental anguish from all the stresses of life are just not there anymore. And I think that’s probably the greatest gift,’ she said on A Current Affair.
Tziporah also underwent a ‘mini lipo tuck’ and a Brazilian butt lift, while working with Mark Stephens, a hypnotherapist specialising in weight loss.
