Tziporah Malkah’s bizarre love triangle revealed as boyfriend charged with assault

A bizarre love triangle involving Tziporah Malkah and two ex-partners – one a former policeman and the other a female jailbird – is set to play out before the courts.

The former supermodel and one-time fiancée of billionaire James Packer has led an interesting life since returning to the public eye.

Late last year the 46-year-old was pictured holding hands with Victoria Gaye Rupp at Sydney’s Bondi Beach.

But after that relationship fizzled the woman formerly known as Kate Fischer began dating former cop Nicholas Patsidis, 40, also a one-time lover of Rupp’s.

Now the trio are also connected by a pair of AVOs.

Police took out one of the orders last week to protect Malkah from Patsidis after he was charged with assaulting her.

The other AVO is in place to protect Patsidis from Rupp after she was accused of bombarding the ex-cop with abusive text messages following their split.

Court papers reveal that Patsidis allegedly attacked Malkah at her unit in Randwick, in Sydney’s east, between 9am and 9.15am last Thursday.

‘It will be alleged in Court the man punched the woman during an argument,’ NSW Police said in a statement.

Police will allege that assault followed three days of text messages from Patsidis.

Patsidis was arrested by police in the middle of the night on Friday and charged with common assault and using a carriage service to menace, harass or offend.

He has entered a plea of not guilty and was granted bail, as part of which he cannot contact Malkah or comment about her on social media.

It is understood Patsidis and Malkah met when she was staying with Rupp.

Rupp had invited Patsidis to meet with Malkah, but instead they hit it off and began a relationship.

Around that time Patsidis claimed he received a flurry of abusive text messages from Rupp.

NSW Police then took an AVO out against Rupp, ordering her to steer clear of him.

A one-time student of the elite Sydney school Kincoppal Rose Bay, Rupp has been in and out of jail in recent years for crimes including drug dealing and assault.

In comments on Facebook this week she vigorously denied any wrongdoing in the Patsidis matters and described Tziporah as a ‘former friend of mine’.

There will be no million dollar settlement like when she and billionaire James Packer split

TZIPORAH’S ALLEGED ASSAULT AT HANDS OF BOYFRIEND

– Nicholas Patsidis and Tziporah Malkah started dating in early 2020

– According to court papers, Patsidis allegedly assaulted Tziporah at a unit in Randwick on Thursday, July 16

– The alleged attack was allegedly a culmination of three days of text messages from Patsidis to Malkah

– NSW Police arrested him about 1am last Friday morning and took him to Maroubra Police Station

– He was charged with assault and using a carriage service to harass

– Patsidis has pleaded not guilty and will return to court on July 23

Malkah has similarly not been a stranger to the courts, with several appearances in recent times as she faced charges including assault and drink driving.

In March she made headlines after having a verbal stoush in court with a police prosecutor who called her ‘Ms Fischer’.

‘That’s not my name,’ she responded, having changed to Tziporah in order to ‘reclaim’ her Jewish heritage.

That visit to court was over another unrelated AVO.

It followed a 2018 incident in which she was fined $1200 for scratching, biting and punching her ex-boyfriend and three police officers in South Australia.

The daughter of former NSW politician Pru Goward, Malkah rose to prominence as the face of many leading brands throughout the 1990s.

But it was her relationship with billionaire James Packer that really put Malkah on the map.

The pair dated for five years and were engaged before splitting in 1998. She received the house they shared as part of the settlement, and sold the home for $2.825million in 2000.

Despite that wealth, while on Channel Ten reality show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! she claimed a rabbi had conned her out of all her money and left her broke.

Malkah claimed she had fallen in love with the man, who told her he would invest her money for her.

‘I was stupid and I was in love, and why would a Rabbi lie to me? I got swept away a little bit with him,’ she said.

‘He was incredibly charismatic, very convincing. He said he could invest (the money) better than me and I believed him.

‘When I was down to my last few thousand dollars in the bank and I went: “You really need to kind of help me now because I won’t be able to pay my rent in a few months’ time”.

I just thought: “I think he’s f***ed me over”.

‘I thought I was going to have to sleep under a bush (so) I went down to the Salvation Army and said: “Help me, I am going to be homeless”.’

Patsidis is next due to return to Waverley Local Court on Thursday, July 23.
