A 56-year-old Uber driver who was scammed out of $1,800 by a fraudster claiming to be a porn star stranded in Ghana sued the actual adult film actress – who is now insisting he only did so in a creepy attempt to be in the same room as her.
Dani Daniels, real name Kira Lee Orsag, 28, alleged in a countersuit that James R. Weidenborner, who she had never met, was ‘obsessed’ with young attractive women and follows dozens of them on social media.
Orsag, who once starred in a porn parody of The Wolf of Wall Street called The Whore of Wall Street, was sued by Weindenborner at a small claims court in June over claims she ‘scammed him out of $1,795’, reported the New York Post.

Her lawyer, Jeffrey Bernfeld, said the fraudster stole the Dani Daniels Deeper star’s name and address.
He says Weindenborner knew she wasn’t the real fraudster but only brought the suit in an attempt to ‘force a mediation which would have given him direct interaction with one of the objects of his obsessions’.
Bernfeld said the Uber driver sued Orsag under her stage name, which is akin to ‘someone serving Al Pacino with a lawsuit against Michael Corleone’.
Orsag has had her identity stolen numerous times, with fraudsters using fake social media pages to then ask older men for money after she had become ‘stuck’ in Ghana.
It has happened so many times she has posted ‘I’m not in Ghana’ on her verified accounts, according to her husband, Victor Cipolla.
Orsag is asking the court for unspecified damages.
