Tiger Woods is within touching distance of an incredible return to golf’s top table at the USPGA Championship at Bellerive.

The 14-time major winner has suffered years of injuries but now, at the age of 42, looks to be heading back to form 11 years after his last taste of major success.

The four-time USPGA winner is four shots off the lead heading into the final round at St Louis, with Brooks Koepka currently leading the field.

Australian Adam Scott is two behind him on -10, while a trio of Gary Woodland, Rickie Fowler and Jon Rahm sit just behind him on -9.

Woods occupies another larger group behind on eight-under, heading into an exciting final day of the final major of the year.
