Have gym dates with your significant other
Romee also revealed that she loves working out with her boyfriend, Laurens van Leeuwen, and although they don’t follow the same routine or do the same exercises, they always make time for a planking challenge.

Make the gym a social event
As well as working out with her boyfriend, Romee loves to workout with her fellow Victoria’s Secret Angels and shared that they frequently hit the gym together before going for brunch afterwards.
Choose short burst of HIIT

On those days, she opts for short, sharp burst of high intensity intervals to get her through her workout quickly: ‘Just do something. Say to yourself that you only have 15 minutes or something and then it comes from there.’
Because she travels so much, Romee relies on snacks to see her through the day. She’s currently loving fruit, dark chocolate from Hu Kitchen and RXbars.
‘Just make sure you have enough with you,’ she added.
