VIDEO: ‘I Put Out the Big Dump’: Rudy Giuliani drops Hunter Biden laptop story to media

Former New York Mayor Rudy Guiliani appeared amused during Friday’s interview on Newsmax while sharing how he was the one who dropped the bombshell report to the media about the notorious Hunter Biden laptop story and blasts the FBI for telling Facebook to keep it concealed.

CEO Mark Zuckerberg said the warning from the FBI precipitated Facebook to ‘decrease’ distribution of the story on its site.

The story was initially reported in a 2020 The New York Post article alleging that Hunter’s laptop had been recovered by the FBI.

‘So here, they’re saying things like, ‘There’s gonna be a big dump.’ And there was a big dump. I put out the big dump to the New York Post,’ Giuliani said, Mediate reported.

‘But that was a three-week period in which I was communicating with [my lawyer] Bob Costello and John Mac Isaac,’ Giuliani said.

‘We were going back and forth. And we were doing our own due diligence to make sure that what he had was legitimate. And then there was a big dump,’ he said.

Eric Bolling, host of The Balance asked Giuliani during Friday’s show segment: ‘Since when does the FBI tell a private company like Facebook what to publish and what not to publish?’  Mediate reported.

Giuliani chimed in: ‘Also, when do they tell a private company about national security information?’ he said.

‘That happens to be about the time that I was communicating with John Mac Isaac. The FBI had seized, a year earlier, my iCloud account,’ he said.

The Hunter Biden laptop story had been the talk of media outlets this week after Zuckerberg’s recent comments explaining his position as to why he buried the news of Biden’s laptop in users’ newsfeeds ahead of the 2020 election.

Hunter Biden had dropped off his laptop at a Delaware computer shop. The computer was reportedly filled with photos and videos of the 52-year-old attorney and second oldest son of President Joe Biden engaging in nefarious activities including, drug use, and some questionable business relationships Biden had.

John Mac Isaac, the computer repairman, said Biden dropped off the computer but never came back to pick it up.

Whether Biden knew about any of the contents in the computer was unclear and this revelation took place three weeks before the 2020 election which raised suspicion.

‘That makes all this First Amendment stuff very different,’ he said. ‘One of the ways they get out of the First Amendment is, they say these are private companies. But the minute the government’s conspiring like that, it’s the government violating First Amendment rights.
