They were pulled to safety around 8.30am.
Firefighters managed to secure the basket with ropes to stop it from swinging, and then brought it back down to the roof.

Paramedics evaluated the men, who both refused treatment.
The cause of the accident is now under investigation, according to Oklahoma City Fire Capt David Macy.
Devon Energy officials said the two men were contractors.
