Streaming giant Disney+ released its new series Star Wars: Ahsoka on August 23.
And viewers have been praising the show on social media, calling it a ‘masterpiece’ and ‘magnificent’.
‘I just watched #Ahsoka and OMG! I am in AWE! The quality of this show is AMAZING! I can’t wait till next week to see what happens next,’ one person Tweeted.

The limited series follows Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson) investigating an emerging threat to the galaxy following the fall of the Galactic Empire.
Dawson, 44, also played Ahsoka in live-action in both The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett.

Ahead of Ahsoka’s premiere on August 23 on Disney+, several trailers for the limited series have been released over the months.
The trailer that was released on August 13th teased Hayden Christensen’s return to the Star Wars franchise as Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano’s now-deceased former Jedi master who had fallen to the dark side of the force and became Darth Vader.
Christensen, 42, played Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader in the final two movies of the prequel trilogy films: Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones (2002) and Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith (2005). He would later reprise his role in a voice cameo in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (2019) and reprise the role again in-person in the Disney+ miniseries Obi-Wan Kenobi (2022).
