Fire breaks out on cruise ship docked in Sydney Harbour with 600 passengers evacuated
Some 600 people were evacuated off a cruise ship in Sydney Harbour after a fire broke out onboard.
Fire and Rescue NSW were called to White Bay at about 8.10am on Friday following reports of a fire on the Viking Orion ship.
It’s understood the fire affected three rooms inside the vessel.
The blaze was extinguished at about 8.40am. It is not known if anyone was injured.
