Violent ‘bank jugging’ style robbery caught on camera in Houston

Robbers ambush man who has just withdrawn money from a Houston bank and make off with two bags of cash in violent ‘bank jugging’

• Police are asking for help to identify the two suspects who attacked a man and stole two bags of cash from him  
• Victim told police he had just come from the bank and pulled up to his business 
• The two suspects approached him, knocked him to the ground and hit his head
• They fled in a dark blue Toyota Sedan after they grabbed the bags of cash

A violent ‘bank jugging’ was captured on camera in Houston- and now police are asking for help finding the two robbers.

The Houston Police Department released the upsetting video that recorded the August 16 incident where a man pulls his pick-up truck into his place of business, gets out of the truck and is attacked by two men.

The suspects grabbed two bags of cash that the victim had after violently pushing the man to the ground and striking his head, according to KHOU. 

The unsuspecing victim gets is seen getting out of his car at his business in Houston

Two men run up to him, shoving him violently to the ground and then proceed to hit him 

The suspects can be seen taking the two bags of cash off the victim who is on the ground

One suspect can be seen going in to punch the man who is laying on the ground 

The suspects after getting what they wanted and roughing the guy up, take off in a car 

The suspects were driving this dark blue Toyota sedan which can be seen following the pickup in the video 

The victim reported to police that he had just taken the money from his bank and pulled into his business in the 3100 block of Old Spanish Trail when the men ran up and robbed him.

In the video the suspects’ vehicle is seen behind the victim’s pickup truck.

They were in a dark blue Toyota sedan which they jumped out of and hopped back in before fleeing from the attack which happened near the Texas Medical Center. 

The police did not say how much money was stolen or if the victim sustained any serious injuries from the attack.
