- Chelsea welcome Barcelona to Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night
- The clash is the first their two-legged Champions League last-16 tie
- Players were put through their paces at Blues’ Cobham training ground
Antonio Conte has admitted Chelsea will have to produce a perfect performance to beat Barcelona in Tuesday’s Champions League clash.
He said: ‘I think we start this game as underdog for sure. Barcelona on paper are favourites to go to the next round. We must be excited to have this challenge.
‘These games are important to know our level in this competition. We work and prepared well for this game.
‘It won’t be easy. They are having a fantastic season, they are top of the league and are the potential to win their cup.
‘I think for sure we have to play a perfect game against Barcelona and tomorrow if you want to win. On paper you start these two games with one favourite and this is Barcelona. They have earned to be the favourite for the season and what they are doing in many years in football. We have to try to work, if we are very good to win the game then it will be okay.
