Samantha’s demanding career motivated her to try the Weight Watchers program, as she wanted to ‘prioritise her health’.

Despite waking up at 3.15am every day, she makes time to exercise at the gym twice a week for boxing and weight training. She also walks her Labrador daily.

‘I feel great, absolutely fantastic,’ she told News.com.au.

‘Don’t forget, I get up at 3.15am so being a bit lighter and having more energy throughout the day really helps. It’s a nice feeling and I want to keep going.’

Samantha added that her demanding hours as ‘a shift worker’ has made it harder for her to stay in shape over the years.

Speaking to The Australian Women’s Weekly, she explained that she hopes the Weight Watchers program will make her ‘healthy, not skinny’.

‘I have said it before and I will say it again: I don’t want to be skinny, I have boobs, I have a bum, I have curves,’ she explained.

‘I like being a woman with a womanly figure. I don’t want to be skinny-skinny.’

According to The Daily Telegraph earlier this month, Samantha’s contract with Weight Watchers is ‘likely to be worth $250,000’.

She has often spoken about her fluctuating weight, telling WHO magazine in June last year that she had probably been in better shape’ in the past.

She added: ‘Like a lot of other women, my weight goes up and down depending on my tiredness level.’
