What $1m will buy you in every Australian capital city

Sydney’s median house price has reached the staggering amount of more than $1million dollars, making it Australia’s most expensive city by far to buy a home.

But for the same amount that will buy you very much the average house in Sydney, home owners could snap much more luxurious and convenient properties in other cities.

Figures in the latest Domain State of the Market Report show Sydney’s median house price dipped between June and September but was still a massive $1.2million.
