EE has suffered a number of recent outages to its UK mobile network, including:
12 January 2017 – EE’s mobile network suffered issues with its 4G calling, and users were unable to make or receive calls on the network
27 April 2017 – EE suffered a major outage with customers across the UK unable to access 3G and 4G internet services
16 May 2017 – Users across the UK have reported issues connecting to both the 4G and the 3G networks
10 October 2017 – EE’s mobile network suffered a major outage across the UK, leaving some users unable to make voice calls to non-EE numbers
27 February 2018 – The EE network suffered an outage to its mobile data service, leaving hundreds of users unable to access mobile internet
