‘I hope I can sell my home before Christmas,’ said Dr Wang, mentioning curtains imported from England and ceiling domes from China.
‘This living room is very romantic at night, night time is beautiful, you can change the lights to seven different colours,’ he said, referring to lights lining the ceiling’s edge.

Dr Wang bought the home for $4.2million in 2015, but is looking to make a healthy profit.
‘We hope we can get more than $6 million,’ he said.
According to Core Logic the median house price in Dover Heights is $4.062million, but this property’s views are likely to boost its selling price well above average.
