Notorious wife killer Gerard Baden-Clay could face more charges after he allegedly touched a male prison guard’s backside.
The alleged incident, which occurred on Thursday at Wolston jail in Queensland, could be investigated by police, Courier Mail reported.
Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) said a male prison guard was lining up the prisoners when a 49-year-old man – Baden-Clay – allegedly touched him.

‘The officer, who was uninjured, immediately challenged the prisoner,’ a statement read.
A review of the CCTV footage led to the incident being classified as an alleged assault.

‘Prisoners who assault officers may face additional criminal charges and further prison time,’ the QCS statement said.
‘They are also subject to internal disciplinary processes, including loss of privileges.’

Baden-Clay was charged with her murder about two months later.
The former real estate agent was initially found guilty of murder in 2014 but had his conviction downgraded to manslaughter in the Court of Appeal after his lawyers argued he could have unintentionally killed her during an argument.
Baden-Clay was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum jail term of 15 years before he is eligible for parole.
He has since spent his life at Wolston Correctional Centre in Wacol among other murderers, sex offenders and criminals.
Officers have previously said Baden-Clay was a ‘model prisoner’ who was provided extra privileges.
They said he had accepted his fate and attempted to remain as low-profile as possible.
