- A woman, 23, was filmed using a toilet cubicle by the beach on the Gold Coast
- The pervert put his mobile phone under a wall at the Burleigh Heads amenity
- Queensland police said the man in his mid-30s fled on foot and remains at large
This is the sleazy moment a pervert puts his mobile phone under a public toilet cubicle barrier to film a young woman.
The 23-year-old victim had her privacy violated when she went to use a toilet next to a popular beach on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
As Jane walked into the cubicle at Burleigh Heads, she noticed a smart phone poking under the wall was filming her.
‘I honestly just feel disgusted by him and his behaviour and I hope that he will face the consequences,’ she told 7News.

The toilet block, on The Esplanade, is next door to the Burleigh Heads Lifeguard Centre and fronts a playground and barbecue area by the beach, which is popular with families.
The Queensland Police Service has confirmed the woman reported the incident to them early on Tuesday afternoon.
A spokesman told Daily Mail Australia the man caught using his mobile phone in an inappropriate way fled north on foot, past a car park, towards nearby First Avenue.
‘Police conducted patrols of the area but were unable to locate the man,’ he said.

The alleged offender was described as Caucasian, aged in his mid-30s with short brown hair and wearing a high-visibility jacket.
Following the incident, Jane and her friend chased the man, but they were unable to catch him.
However, they took video of him wearing an bright-orange jacket, which they gave to the police.
