A woman claims a New York police officer told her to flash her breasts if she wanted to avoid being arrested for marijuana possession.

Jasmine Campbell, 25, has accused NYPD officer Javier Munoz of mistreating her during a traffic stop in East New York back in February 2014.

She claims that Munoz kept staring at her chest and started leaning in closely when he was speaking to her.

‘He kept looking down at my chest. He asked me: ‘Do you have anything underneath your shirt?’ I said ‘No,’ Campbell told the New York Post.

‘I felt embarrassed. He leaned in further and asked: ‘Do you want to show me something?’ He said that with a smirk on his face.’

Campbell claims that when she refused, she was told to get out of the car with her hands up.

Munoz arrested her for marijuana possession – even though Campbell claims the friend she was with at the time owned up to it.

She spent the night in jail before the misdemeanor charges against her were dismissed.

Campbell filed a suit against the officer and the department for $2 million in 2016.

She said the city offered her $2,500 on Thursday to settle the case, but she declined.

The officer and department denied any wrongdoing in court documents, saying there was probable cause for her arrest.
