  • A woman has died after falling from the high rise building in Brisbane’s CBD
  • She fell onto the glass panel below about 2.50pm and shattered the glass
  • The shattered glass caused minor injuries to two children walking in the street
  • Police are not treating her death as suspicious and the road remains closed 

A woman has died and two children have been injured after a huge glass panel fell off a building in Brisbane’s CBD. 

The woman, who is believed to be aged in her 20s, fell from the high-rise building on Queen Street in Brisbane and landed on the glass panel below, Courier Mail reported.

Her fall which occurred about 2.50pm caused the glass to shatter which caused minor cuts to two children walking along the street.

Police are not treating her death as suspicious.

The road remains closed.
