The black vehicle’s bumper was crumpled in the collision, which resulted in the arrest of the bikini-clad woman on suspicion of reckless driving
A spokeswoman for Lepe Town Hall confirmed: ‘The woman in the footage has been arrested on suspicion of a road traffic offence and specifically an offence of reckless driving.
‘It is clear from the footage that she also resisted arrest.
‘She was the driver of a vehicle which initial inquiries reveal hit another car. Four people including this woman suffered minor injuries.
‘The area where the crash occurred is near to the beach and we can only assume from what she is wearing that she was heading to the beach.’
