Toe-curling! Gruesome video captures moment a woman accidentally cuts off her own TOE with a lawnmower – before taunting her brother with the ‘gross’ bloody injury

An American woman had the misfortune of losing her entire big toe after a freak accident with a lawn mower.
TikTok user @waltermoe_luke shared video documenting his sister’s ordeal, including footage of the mower running over her foot.
The woman, who has not been identified, later sent him a picture of her injury, showing off a tattooed left food with just four toes remaining.

The woman can be seen in a suburban backyard, mowing a law in leggings and a sports bra.
As she pulls the mower towards her and steps backwards, she seems unaware of an enclosure behind her, tripping over it and losing her footing.
As she slams her weight down on her right foot, she seems unable to control pulling the mower closer toward her, even as her left foot is firmly rooted on the ground.
That’s when the mower — complete with sharp moving blades underneath — runs over the foot.

The woman briefly falls before lifting the mower off her foot, then limps away in clear pain.
In a followup video, she is seen laying in bed with her bandaged foot in front of her. Someone can be heard asking her about her injuries, to which she answers: ‘I don’t have an injury — I don’t have a freaking toe.’
The woman then stumbles to the ground as it rolls over her foot.
Remarkably, the woman is able to get back to her feet and pushes the mower away.
In visible pain, the woman then runs up a set of steps and into her house.
The woman’s brother shared a graphic photo to TikTok showing his sister’s left foot with her big toe amputated.

Later, she exchanged text messages with her brother, sending him a close-up photo of her mangled foot.
‘When your sister sends you pics of the missing toe. The lawn mower won. Barf. It’s like an unsolicited [eggplant emoji] pic,’ her brother wrote.

Her brother was clearly unhappy to receive the photo, telling her, ‘Gross’ and ‘Stop sending me these.’
‘It looks better,’ she insisted.
He replied with two nauseated emojis before admitting, ‘It does look better.’
