A vicious cycle! Woman on a motorbike manages to hit the same pedestrian TWICE after losing control of her vehicle in Turkey

  • Woman approaches the man slowly from behind but fails to steer clear of him
  • They exchange a brief word before the man continues to walk across the road
  • The driver, who seems to struggle with the weight of her bike, drives off again
  • She picks up speed and clatters into the pedestrian, who had not seen her again
  • Bike swipes the man’s legs from under him, leaving him wiped out on the road

This is the bizarre moment a female motorcyclist manages to drive into the same pedestrian twice in just a few seconds on an empty road in Turkey.

The woman approaches the man slowly from behind but fails to steer clear as she rides into him.

The two appear to exchange a brief word before the man continues to walk across the road in Canakkale province, north west Turkey.

The driver, who seems to struggle with the weight of her bike, sets off again but immediately turns in the direction of the walker.

She picks up speed and clatters into the man, who had not seen her coming.

The bike swipes the man’s legs from under him, leaving him wiped out on the side of the road.

And this time the woman ends up on the floor too, as the bike flips and she is sent sprawling off the side of her vehicle.

The man quickly regains his footing and, despite being hit twice for no apparent reason, hastily drags the motorbike up off the woman.

The unnamed rider and pedestrian only suffered bruises, according to local media.

The footage went viral and social media users weighed in on the strange CCTV clip.

One man said: ‘The woman will surly learn to ride the bike but in my opinion, this man should leave the city, just in case.’

Another posted: ‘Obviously the man is helping her stand up so she can hit him for a third time.’

And a third added: ‘Maybe she thought ‘I didn’t hit him hard enough the first time so let’s try again.’

There are about 10,000 deaths due to car crashes in Turkey every year, which is equivalent to 13 per 100,000.
