It was supposed to be the simplest of tasks – to climb into the front seat of the car and drive off.
But a driveway coated in ice made even getting into the car a challenging task.
As the woman attempted to reach the front door, a woman could be heard laughing hysterically in the background at her misfortune.
This is the moment a woman repeatedly slipped over on ice as she tried to get into her car but failed miserably as the icy driveway made for a lethal combination
The video, which was filmed in Canada, sees the woman slipping on the ice and having to grab hold of her father to stop herself falling head over heels.
‘Ice rain storm made my parents driveway a little treacherous for my sister Suzanne, and my dad,’ wrote the woman on YouTube.
‘Hysterical laughing track provided by mum. Must watch with sound up!! Notes: Car has winter tires, nobody was drunk, her boots are Sorels, and the roads were salted and gritted so driving was perfectly safe.’
Eventually, the woman was seen to get into the car which then slid down the driveway, before she drove off.
