A woman was caught with cocaine in her bra after lying to police that she was a prostitute when officers saw a man getting out of her car following a drug deal.

Sonja Christian, from Liverpool, was caught red-handed by officers in Sydney’s Bondi in May last year when they found 24.8 grams of cocaine – with a street value of $7,200 – in her bra.

The 25-year-old’s arrest was part of a crackdown in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs where police sat on street corners to catch drug dealers and their customers.

Police reports indicate officers saw the man get into the glamorous blonde’s Honda Civic for 30 seconds before they approached him and found 1.4g of cocaine, The Daily Telegraph reported.

Christian was then pulled over and told police she ‘was a prostitute’ who ‘knew nothing about prohibited drugs.’

Officers then found 24.8 grams in Christian’s bra, nine grams in her handbag, and discovered she used messaging app Wickr to communicate with an associate who told her where to sell the drugs.

Christian pleaded guilty to supplying prohibited drugs and was sentenced to a 12-month intensive correction order.

Strike Force Northrop seized $63,000 in cash and 290 grams of cocaine during their major investigation last year.
