Woman was left with flat chest after SIX augmentations

A woman who was left with completely flat ‘chesticles’ after suffering from horrific complications following six breast augmentations has finally achieved the boobs of her dreams after going under the knife one final time.

Olena, a mother of two, explained on Thursday night’s episode of Botched that she had her first breast surgery aged 25, opting to undergo the procedure after losing friends as a teenager, which she believes was because of her flat chest.

But soon after her augmentation, Olena started feeling a ‘burning’ and ‘throbbing’ pain, so she had her implants replaced hoping it would remedy the situation—but it only got worse from there.

Throughout her six surgeries, Olena suffered a collapsed lung, a hematoma (meaning blood collected around her implant) and a seroma, which occurs when fluids gather and form a pocket under the skin.

After Olena described her ordeal to Doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif, Dubrow joked that she had been through every possible complication, short of having her stitches suddenly open up and pop.

Olena and her husband Willis smiled, with Willis telling the surgeon: ‘We’re not done yet’—and Olena revealed that she has, in fact, experienced that specific complication.

‘A week after, my stitches opened up. I had a hole about this big under my breast,’ she told a stunned Dubrow, separating her fingers by several inches.

Ultimately, Olena was left with a completely flat chest, and what she called a ‘chesticle’ on the left side.

During the consultation, Dubrow was cautiously optimistic and told her it seemed possible to reconstruct her breasts, but the procedure wouldn’t be without risks.

‘We could theoretically get away with a small breast implant in there,’ he told the patient.

He warned Olena there was a 40 to 50 per cent chance she would have an encapsulation, which occurs when the immune system reacts against the implants and can cause pain as well as alter the appearance of the breasts.

‘I think your chance of having a collapsed lung is 20 per cent,’ Dubrow added.

Olena’s husband, Willis, was hesitant as to whether his wife should go through with the procedure, but she elected to go for it.

Dubrow managed to reconstruct her chest without any immediate, life-threatening complications.

The mom proudly showed off her new breasts in a bikini and seemed over the moon with the result, as well as ready to stay out of the operation room for a while.

‘Now thanks to Dr. Dubrow, I have breasts finally,’ she said. ‘I’m done with breast surgery.’
