To make the hearty dish, you’ll need $5.50 beef sausages, $3 MasterFoods curried sausages simmer sauce, $2.60 frozen mixed vegetables and $4.50 potato mash.

In a frying pan over medium-high heat, brown the sausages on all sides with a tablespoon of oil for five minutes.
Once cooked, transfer the sausages to a chopping board and thinly slice them diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
Add the recipe base curried sausages sauce into the same pan, along with the mixed vegetables, then reduce heat to medium. Simmer for five minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
