Dessert chef Reynold Poernomo is competing for the coveted Masterchef title and $250,000 in season 12 of the much-loved cooking show.

Having been involved in the creation of three sweet treat cafes in Sydney since first appearing on Masterchef in season seven, Reynold is putting his reputation on the line to be on the reality TV show again – but didn’t disappoint in the first episode.

When contestants were asked to make a ‘winning dish’ the 26-year-old chose to put together a dessert called ‘White Noise’, which featured whipped coconut ganache, strawberry gum jelly, yoghurt gel, jasmine jaconde and strawberry pebbles.

And now, thanks to his restaurant KOI, you can enjoy a mini version of it in the comfort of your own home for $15.
