An eight-year-old boy has tragically died after being hit by a car on a busy street in South Australia.
The boy was crossing Victoria Parade in Port Augusta when he was knocked down by a car, The Advertiser reports.
Police and emergency services arrived to the scene at 7pm and the boy was rushed to hospital.
