Zach Braff and producer Jenna Sarkin fuel dating rumors after a screening of his new movie in LA

Zach Braff was seen with his arm tenderly wrapped around Jenna Sarkin after a private screening of his new movie A Good Person, which stars his ex-girlfriend Florence Pugh.

After watching the drama, the 47-year-old Scrubs star seemed smitten with his plus one, who sported an all-black ensemble, while they exchanged a laugh on the sidewalk.

While neither has publicly confirmed whether they are dating, their chemistry was palpable to onlookers as he held her closely and she giggled at his stories.

For the occasion, Braff, who split from Pugh seven months ago after nearly three years together, looked handsome in a dark grey suit with gold buttons and open dress shirt.

A Good Person, which he wrote, directed and produced, is about a woman named Allison (Pugh), whose life falls apart following her involvement in a fatal accident.

Sarkin, who served as a producer on the 2022 romantic comedy with a sci-fi twist Moonshot, became a literary manager at Range Media Partners over the summer.

The move came after working at Entertainment 360 for over eight years, where she started ‘the mailroom and worked her way up in ranks,’ according to Deadline.

Her night out with Braff comes after Pugh made headlines sang her former beau’s praises during an interview for an interview with Extra’s Rachel Lindsay where she gushed about working together and haven’t ruled out doing it again despite their breakup.

When asked if she would like to work with her ex again, Pugh responded: ‘I hope so. It was a blast. We had a lot of fun and we created something that we’re very, very proud of.

‘The people that were involved in this movie, we made this family and we made this work and it came from our souls, so I can only wish that we have this experience again,’ she explained.

Braff would also be game as he added: ‘I would love to. We just really are a good team.’

The Garden State actor announced that both their dating and working lives were collaborative processes as their relationship grew during the COVID-19 lockdowns.

He explained: ‘We were in lockdown together and we were constantly talking over dinner, over everything, we would just banter back and forth… She was always very supportive.

‘She was never like, “Why are you doing that?” She was like, “Oh, well, tell me more about it.” It made sense to bring her on as a producer because she was giving me notes and thoughts that were very valuable.’

Braff even divulged that his ex-girlfriend was the one who had come up with the idea for her character to cut her hair live on camera for the film,

Pugh explained: ‘I was very much in the blueprint of the creation of the movie, and so it felt that when I finally was able to read the script — which he didn’t let me read the script until it was completed — that I knew who she was.

‘I didn’t need to do a deep dive on who she was. I knew who she was. I’d helped with her being created. She was written with my voice in mind. I cut so many corners. It was like I was a part of her from the beginning, because I was. It just made tackling Allison and that bit easier and meant that all I had to do was breathe life into her and figure out how I wanted to approach her.’
