They’ve been trying for a baby in recent months, and she even went on an extreme diet earlier this year in a bid to conceive.

Taking to Instagram, the pair shared shots from a photoshoot they did with Woman’s Day, showcasing 33-year-old Zoe’s baby bump.

The brunette beauty and radio host added that her battle with stage-four endometriosis was the reason they struggled to conceive for so long.

She told the publication she was worried that they would never fall pregnant.

‘We always knew we wanted a baby, so living with that uncertainty was tough,’ she said.

Brisbane Bronco’s star Benji, 32, added that he’s incredibly excited to be a dad.

‘This is my dream come true,’ he sweetly said.

The publication reports that Zoe thinks their pregnancy is a ‘sign’ from her late mother, Jan, who lost her battle with breast cancer.

And on Instagram on Sunday, the pair both noted how next year they will be celebrating Father’s Day with their new addition.

On her Nova show recently, Zoe admitted she was two children, while Benji wants six.

In April, Zoe admitted she had to go on an extreme diet to help her get pregnant.

This extreme Chinese detox, usually involves no food for two weeks – only the consumption of a herbal concoction – three times a day.

Zoe said she visited Dr Li at TCM Clinic and was very pleased with her results.

‘I have to admit where I am with my endo is life-changing and we’re in the first month of trying,’ the presenter gushed at the time.

In a letter to her younger self on Whimn recently, Zoe said trying for a baby filled her with ‘complete fear’.

‘That spiteful clock is ticking and you know something’s wrong with your body. You’ve known for years. Maybe it’s even psychosomatic,’ she wrote.

‘Your periods aren’t like other women. You pass out, you bleed through clothes – you will have the endometriosis removed twice.’

Zoe said before the Chinese program, she had ‘tried it all’ and seen professionals in a bid to conceive but did not have any success.

‘To the detriment of your sex life you even force your husband with a raging flu to get the job done. Both of your heads turned aside trying not to connect. This is the turning point. IT HAS TO BE BETTER THAN THIS,’ she said.

Zoe said people have also started to suggested IVF – something that ‘terrifies’ her but she was trying to not feel pressured.
