Amazon CEO is seen for the FIRST TIME since his marriage break-up scandal

Jeff Bezos looked to be taking his marriage break-up scandal all in his stride as he headed to a Beverly Hills award ceremony on Friday, pictured for the first time since his affair with Lauren Sanchez was made public.

The Amazon CEO looked relaxed as he boarded a private luxury jet in Seattle, Washington, in preparation for accepting the Living Legends of Aviation honor. 

Bezos wore brown pants accompanied with a blue button-up shirt and a brown puffer vest.

It was the first time the 55-year-old was seen since he and wife MacKenzie Bezos announced their divorce and after news of the CEO’s affair was made public with salacious and racy texts.

Bezos is headed to Beverly Hills to accept the Living Legends of Aviation honors, hosted at the Beverly Hilton.

According to its website, the Living Legends of Aviation honors ‘remarkable people of extraordinary accomplishment in aviation including: entrepreneurs, innovators, industry leaders, astronauts, record breakers, pilots who have become celebrities and celebrities who have become pilots. The Legends meet yearly to recognize and honor individuals that have made significant contributions in aviation’. 

Photographer Hayman Tam shared photos from preparations for the ceremony. He included photos of artwork depicting Bezos that will be auctioned off at the event.

‘Some very nice aviation art that will be auctioned off during the Living Legends of Aviation®️ awards event. Jeff Bezos is one of this year’s inductees,’ he said. 

It is currently unknown whether the CEO’s new love will be in attendance at the award ceremony. 

‘They’re still figuring it out,’ a source familiar with the relationship said. 

Bezos and Sanchez are expected to attend this year’s Oscar ceremonies in February, according to sources familiar with the relationship.

The inseparable pair will appear at a number of events in the coming months, including the February 24 ceremony. 

‘Expect to see Lauren joining Jeff [at the Oscars]. They are an item and very much in love,’ a source explained to Page Six.  

‘They were not hiding their relationship and were very relaxed at the [Golden] Globes.’ 

Bezos and Sanchez were practically joined-at-the-hip during the Golden Globes ceremony, just days before their affair was made public along with the news that he was divorcing wife MacKenzie.

Bezos has gotten well acclimated to the Hollywood award scene.

Last year, he attended an Oscar-eve bash that Patrick Whitesell – Sanchez’s husband – hosted with WME and IMG.

Sanchez is still living with Whitesell in their LA home.
